I live on the boundary of other large multi-acre lots and farmland that is slowly being developed pushing deer to my land and its landscaping. My shrubs were being heavily browsed by a herd of about 30 deer. After adding Pro-Tect clips to the shrubs they weren't touched by the deer. They work. BUT, you have to move them as the shrub growths and add new clips as they start to lose their potency.
